1. Overview
Prime Health Consultants uses Google Ads click-to-call and click-to-message features to allow prospective clients to contact us directly from search advertisements. This policy explains how those communications are handled, what monitoring may occur, and your rights as a caller. By initiating a call or message through a Google Ad operated by Prime Health Consultants, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. Google Click-to-Call Supplemental Terms
The following terms are the Google LLC Click-to-Call Supplemental Terms that govern our use of Google's click-to-call and click-to-message advertising features. These terms supplement the Google Advertising Program Terms between Prime Health Consultants and Google.
Call Monitoring and Recording
In order to evaluate and improve the quality of the Programs, Google may monitor and record a sample of telephone calls, text messages, live chat, and other communications initiated through the Programs (e.g., click-to-call and click-to-message ads) ("Communications").
Notice and Consent
Prime Health Consultants has provided notice to its agents, employees, and any other party that may participate in the Communications that (a) these Communications may be monitored or recorded by Google, and (b) such recordings may be used by Google, Prime Health Consultants, or a third party approved by Google or Prime Health Consultants. Prime Health Consultants has obtained their express consent to such monitoring and recording and use.
HIPAA Disclaimer
Unless otherwise specified in writing by Google, Google does not intend use of the Communication Features to create obligations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, as amended ("HIPAA"), and makes no representations that the Communication Features satisfy HIPAA requirements. Prime Health Consultants is solely responsible for any applicable compliance with HIPAA.
Compliance with Law
Prime Health Consultants and any other party that may participate in the Communications will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws when using the Communication Features.
3. Our Commitments to Callers
- •Every call initiated through a Google Ad will be answered by a licensed insurance agent or a member of our team.
- •We will identify ourselves as Prime Health Consultants at the start of every call.
- •We will not use your call for any purpose other than the insurance consultation you initiated.
- •We will honor all opt-out and Do Not Call requests promptly.
- •We will not share your call information with data brokers or unauthorized third parties.
4. TCPA Compliance
All click-to-call communications are subject to our full TCPA Consent Policy available at /tcpa-policy. By initiating a call through a Google Ad, you consent to be contacted by Prime Health Consultants in connection with your insurance inquiry. You may opt out at any time by requesting to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list.
